cervical mucus?

we had false positive last month and I still have not gotten AF. this past Monday I had an ultrasound to check my lining and they saw a small cyst that the dr said means I'm ovulating. I wasn't she if she meant like right at this moment I was or that my body has actually started to ovulated at some point or another (I haven't had cycles for a few years, July was my first). I did an opk after AF in July but since I never got it in August I haven't used one. but for the last couple of days when I wipe it's slippery. I've never been one to check my mucus so I have no idea what that means exactly.
