Prenatal obgyn appointment

I have a appointment with my ob tomorrow morning. I've decided to go off my birth control my dh and i want a baby. Thing is i found out i have pcos (which is why I'm on the pill) 6months ago. I have a bunch of questions to ask but i can't get my mind straight. What are some questions to ask?
