Not too happy now😖

I just got to see my 12 week baby yesterday with a great heart beat and all. Don't have a doctors appointment until sept 14. Why do I have to see spotting? Everything was looking promising who needs any negative feeling now?! 😖😖 hoping not to get anymore. At what point do I have to consider calling my doctor? It was bright quite bright pink/red not old blood looking at all.
