I wish I knew sooner!
I've been on prenatals for like 3 months now, everyday I get my usual large iced green tea from Dunkin donuts... I just read keep your caffeine down to 200mg daily, my tea is 91mg, everyday! Today I had a coffee & tea! I read drinking a lot of green tea makes it hard for my body to absorbe folic acid! 💀😮 I wish I knew this sooner! I have a gut feeling I'm pregnant 🤔😳🤔 silly me
