Sharp weird pains in vagina or cervix?

I had my appointment today and completely forgot to ask about this. I'll get random sharp pains inside my vagina it may be the cervix? Its only for a second but makes me cringe. Anyone have this and have asked about it? I'm about 31 weeks now, no bleeding.

From what I understand, it's very common and actually referred to as "lightening crotch" because it feels like lightening! I definitely experience this - often when I am walking.

Just spoke with my Dr about this a few days ago. My Dr said that the baby is engaging (head down moving into birth canal). He also said my cervix was starting to thin, which could also be contributing to the twinges/sharp pain. I'll be 31 weeks on Sunday. It's always best to ask Dr if you have any concerns. 😊

I get these pains when I have a really active day.

Do they sorta feel like something shocks you? Just wondering cause the other day I had a pain like that in that area.
