When to start rice cereal!

My baby is 14 weeks. He loves watching us eat and formula just doesn't seem to satisfy his hunger (he's a big boy). Can I start giving him rice cereal at 4 months?

Rice cereal has no nutritional value and is no longer recommended for babies.

I have been debating the same thing. Trying to wait until 4 months but every time I put him at the table with us he's sitting there watching us like "hey give me a bite!"

Yes you can. The recommended age is 4-6+months. I had to do that for my daughter because formula was no longer cutting it. You can do five or oats and personally I think oats is a better option since rice is being found to be quite arsenic.
