What do you use to clean your car seat, bassinet, baby items?

what natural cleansing products do you use to wipe down your babies car seat, bassinet, changing table, etc? I am a normal Clorox all purpose spray user but didn't want to use it on baby's items do you have any natural alternatives? Thanks!

There is a company called Young living that makes all sorts of things out of essential oils, I use their house cleaner to clean any surfaces my daughter touches. I tried putting a link for you but it didn't work 😬
