Thyroid & TTC
So I was diagnosed with a low functioning thyroid since I was 12 everything was all good had regular check ups moved my dose around but everything was fine.
On April I got my mirena IUD out after 5 years and went for my yearly check up and everything was a ok even with my thyroid so after that I was give the ok for starting TTC. #2 for me and #1 for my hubby just married in March yeeiiiii 😊
Yesterday went to see my OBGYN to get my test results from my pap and she ran more tests just to see because I've been trying since April to get pregnant.
And oh surprise good news everything is super good doing great except for my thyroid and my vitamin D
I was so sad to hear that since I thought everything was going well. The good news is now I know I have to get a higher dose to get it to normal numbers but I will have to put a pause on TTC because all of the risks.
Can anyone relate ? What's your story ? I really need to hear good news 😭
