vagina 😩

Ok my clit hurts when I touch it, I have thick white discharge (kinda normal for me), and it's really uncomfortable. There's no funky smell, and it only itches when I touch it. Any ideas??

Also, when I pee it feels like it's hard to pee. It feels kinda tight down there (I think). But only at the opening of my vagina.
