It's interesting. The answer is : drink more water.  You either a) have a high sugar intake/yeast intake and/or b) are eating insanely salty foods.  Drinking more water will help you with that. I learned myself through observation. Normal discharge is okay,  but try that. Water water water.

Clear white discharge with no odor is healthy. Does it have an odor? What color is discharge? Does it burn when you pee?
