Discharge or mucus plug?

This came out of me this afternoon.  I am also exactly 36 weeks today and thought I would get another woman's pov is it discharge or mucus plug? I'm not having any real contractions either ..

Looks like mucus plug! Especially if it's stretchy and sticky. Parts of it can come out and it not really mean anything. When it has blood in it though that usually means your body is preparing for labor.

Looks like discharge to me girl. I would post a picture of what a mucous plug actually looks like (mine) but it might be a little tmi for some ladies on here. I'm 14 weeks PP now and lost my entire mucous plug at once.
