My friends are keeping me away from my BF/Best friend

So my friends at college made me sign a contract saying I can't hang out with my best friend who's a guy and who is also basically my boyfriend. We've been together for almost 10 months. We've seen each other over the summer. He has been a dick and made me upset but we've talked out our differences and we end up being ok. They keep telling me he's using me for sex. He gets so mad when I tell him I think he's using me for sex. He said he's not. I enjoy hanging out with him he's funny and we both like each other. I get upset when he does things I don't like and my friends tell me to drop his ass and block him but he's my best friend. We don't say we love each other but we definitely care about each other so much. We did date but he lied to me and wasn't happy that he was more happy with his ex who cheated on him. He can really be a dick sometimes but he's my best friend. I don't want him out of my life. Every time I go on my phone, they immediately ask me if he texted me because they think I deleted his number but me and him still text each other. It's obsessive and it's like wtf they don't want me to be upset but they won't let me be happy. They told me to stop being a whore when I last hung out with him. But I'm not one!! This started two days ago. I hate secretly trying to still be with my BF without them knowing. I did agree for them to help me move on but I love hanging out with him. We watch movies and yes we have sex but us being together we make each other happy. I hang out with him and his friends too. He's my second bf. We're trying to work things out. My friends threatened for me to eat something I'm allergic too if I break the contract. I have a gluten intolerance so I'll feel like shit if I eat gluten.
