My face and shoulders are burnt badly from antibiotics

So recently I have taken a z pack of antibiotics prescribed by my doctor because I was sick. I had horrible side affects like I was bloated and so gassy it hurt to move and I could barely fit my pants or breathe, I had diarrhea and heartburn from hell. I was told this was all normal so I decided to keep taking it. I finished the antibiotics yesterday, I have a rash that's like splotchy all over my face and shoulders. I was my face and body every night and last night for some reason the soap that I have legit been using for years set my ass on fire, felt like it was chemically burning me but only where my rash was. My skin now hurts to touch, it doesn't look as bad as it hurts but it's there and red and it hurts. Do you think the antibiotics could be the cause? This is the picture of the rash all over my face
