Help!!!

So first let me tell you that my twins were born stillborn at 23 week, July 2016. About 2 almost 3 weeks ago my nurse tested my hcg levels and she said they were negative. She did a pregnancy test on me 08/24/2016. I still haven't had a period..so what I'm asking is why do I have a faint line with no period and a negative blood test.
