Feminine wash?

Okay so I've recently started using equate feminine wash & it seems to be working fine but I was told that I should be careful because it can cause yeast infections.  Is this true ? Should I be worried?

I was told to never wash your vagina. Warm water and a wash cloth works! Our vaginas are self cleaning.

I've been using the equate and summers eve for like 14 years. So no. You're good. I actually can't live without it. I refuse to use anything else. It smells like flowers, I mean... Come on.

The VAGNIA is self cleaning. The labia and outer parts aren't. Continue to use your soap if you want.
