I had my second anxiety attack this week, it had gone on for 35 mins ( my husband had decided to timed it this time) but when I had finally calmed down it felt like I was drowning. For the past 5 hours by chest feels like there is a rock laying right on it, I haven't really been able to stand up without getting sick so I need some advice even though I will be contacting my doctor tomorrow.
