We've done every day and every other day, so far neither has worked lol! We swap it up every month. This month we are doing every other day.

It's about timing not frequency. Use OPKS to find the exact day you ovulate and BD on that day and the day after. The egg is only viable for 12-24 hours so it's important to have sperm waiting for the egg or at least reach the egg after its been released. I used OPKS, and concieved the first month using them!

I use clear ovulation strips. Hasn't happen so far either lol my friend had sex everyday during her window and got  pregnant. Text book says to do every other day during that week so the sperm can regenerate but who knows! Just wondering how everyone conceived their baby :)
