Vagina Reconstruction😔

I am 10 weeks pp and the doctor who stitched me has done it way too fast and now i'm left with a train wreck down there, hanging skin and scar tissue, it's affecting my confidence. I am not having sex with my partner due to how it looks, also because he hasn't stitched me properly my vagina hole is a lot larger than before. Can i get vagina reconstruction of any sort. I'm so unhappy with how i look, i'm even considering leaving my partner because i can't please him in the bedroom😔 i live in the UK.
