Waking up in the middle of the night hungry?

I've woken up a few times around 3am so hungry! Is this happening to anyone else?
I've already had a spoon of almond butter and a nectarine. 20 min later and my belly is growling for more food.😳

Omg me everyday around 2:10 am and I crave heavy foods that keep me up for hours with heartburn 😔

Yup happens to me too, I usually just have some cereal! Keeps me fuller longer

I try to have a snack right before bed and keep crackers/snack at my bedside too- it's the worst, I know!

Yep! Protein and carbs help me the most, like cheese and crackers, or ham on a bagel. Also, remember this feeling later when your baby is crying in the middle of the night, people will say, "oh they're not really hungry" yes they are! Just like you got hungry while pregnant that baby is growing enormous amounts during the first year, they absolutely get hungry! Sorry, pet peeve of mine, lol.
