I'm 31 weeks + 5 days. When I went to the bathroom my panty liner was covered in brown blood. I've had horrible back pain with some cramps off and on this past week. I've tried drinking water, warm bath etc, but nothing seems to help. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I don't recall any of this with my past two pregnancy. Anyone else dealing with this also? I have a appointment  Wednesday and don't want to make a call if I'm overreacting.
