Ok mommas who breast fed, what are helpful tips or secrets on how to dry up my milk supply??? This food truck is ready to close! 🍼🍼🍼

Slowly cut the #feedings a day. As you get down to one or two feedings cut the length of the feedings.

I also went the route of wearing a sports bra at all times, even at bed. you might get a clog or two but I found a heat pad did the trick to clear it up with out having to pump.

I weaned about 4weeks ago and my period just came back full force and my boobs are deflated peanuts :)

I stopped cold turkey... 😳 It was slightly painful for about two to three days and I would pump just a little to relieve. But by day 4 it felt better and end of the week it was fine. End of two week completely dried up.

Mine stopped coming in before my boy turned one month 😂 But I was told to just wean your baby off, and that cabbage leaves help with engorgement pains! Or they have pills to dry up the supply with less pain 😊

Just cut one feeding or pumping per day. Your supply will just decrease. With my first I went to just one night feeding for a while before stopping. I then wished I hadn't stopped because it was easy and great end of day bonding.
