Too Soon to get an ultrasound?

I found out a couple days ago that I'm 5 weeks pregnant...I had a miscarriage couple months ago and I'm terrified that it will happen again. Is it too soon for me to get an ultrasound? I just want to make sure everything is ok.

Congratulations! I'm going through the same thing. I'm 5 weeks and 2 days and got an ultrasound yesterday. All they saw was a gestational sac. I had an eptopic pregnancy before and they are monitoring me closely. I would call your obgyn and start getting your hcg levels checked. I know how scary it is to be pregnant after losing pregnancies but know there is nothing you can really do to prevent it sometimes. Ask to get your progesterone checked and if it's low they can put you on some. Mine was high but they still put me on progesterone as a precaution. It can't hurt. I have lost 3 pregnancies this beung my 4th pregnancy and I'm scared to lose this one too but I know I can't stop it. I wish you the best♡
