circumcision bleeding HELP!

We had our son circumcised today at the hospital's nursery. We came back home and he still bleeding down there is that normal? Is this too much blood? I read on it online and some sites say it's should t bleed after it and some say it's normal to see some blood the first day... I'm confused and stressed out :( not sure if I should call the hospital or just wait it out. We're putting A&D on it after every diaper change. And every time we change the diaper it seems to bleed like a fresh cut.
