Help! Possible preterm labor

I went into preterm labor at 28 weeks and they stopped it and now I am at 32 weeks two days. I just had sex (I didn't orgasm and he did not "release" in me ) which I know both effect going into labor but after when I went to the bathroom there was some very light pink spotting and I also feel very achey ... I just drank a lot of water and am thinking it could just be from dehydration . What do you ladies think?
