pregnancy pillows, thoughts?

Question

Am almost 20 weeks and still sleeping ok, what's everyone's thoughts on pregnancy pillows? 
Just another reason to part with money when a normal pillow would do, or a godsend??
Saw the dream genii which 9/10 mums to be recommend but wasn't exactly cheap. 
Just wondering if it's a good purchase??

I'm currently 22w6d and I bought this around two months ago off eBay. I'm currently in hospital due to a suspected PE and I miss it so much! It's soooooo comfortable and helped me sleep much better. Plus I'll be using it for breastfeeding and to sleep after pregnancy too. It was like £25 inc pp. I'd so recommend one. Xx

Emma's Diary emailed me the other day to say they had a sale, up to 75% off until September the 9th! Pretty sure they had a couple on there, like £50 down to £15????

I got one at Mothercare on offer still like 38 quid however im so glad I got one . 
There is cheaper ones on eBay etc however if u read the reviews it put me off so it was worth it in my eyes to pay a little more for it

I think they're probably worth getting - I'm 30 weeks now and really struggle to get comfortable.  I'm using several regular pillows and think one good body pillow would probably be better - I wish I'd bought one weeks ago because I've only got 8 weeks left so it seems silly to buy one now.

I sleep with a pillow but I naturally sleep on my front and didn't want to do that it helps me sleep on my side. I brought a quite expensive one but can't get on with it yet but my sister lent me a v shaped pillow and it's great can't sleep without it now.
