best friend and fianceé dont get along

I've known both guys for a veeeery long time and they never liked each other. My fianceé doesnt like him because he didnt like him since he met him (before we even got together) and its bothering me lately because he proposed and we're going to get married soon.

My best friend is just totally like my brother, we lived together since he was 12 because his mom and dad passed away in a car accident and they were my parents best friends so they got custody and etc. and he's just veeeeery protective over me and my sister. My sister is older then us and moved out when we were like 15 so she has a little bit more freedom but he's just totally controlling over me.

Its okay I never had a problem with that because he never treated me bad he just always made sure no one is mean to me and I had proper boyfriends and he took me to places and picked me up and stuff he didnt have any problems with my previous boyfriends but this one.

My fianceé used to take drugs and is fully covered in tattoos and just looks like a bad guy but is a very soft and loving man towards me.

I told them both they need to sit down and talk for my sake and they did try that a few times but it just wont work out.
