Period 3xs a month with iud

I'm so done with this iud. I have had the Marana for 1 yr in nov. For the last 3 months I've been having three periods a month 1st one starts around the 1st and ends around the 5th, second one starts around the 15th ends around the 21st the last one starts around the 25th and ends around the 29th. I'm litterally about to freak out!! What should I do? Has anyone else experienced this? I want my sex life back.....
