Anyone else experiencing this? It's horrible for me and has gotten worse lately. Last night trying to turn in bed was nearly impossible. I'm waking up my SO constantly because I have to grab on to him for support when I turn. Sometimes I can feel it when I'm not even moving and in the past it's just been during movement. Lots of walking or even sitting too long can make it worse and my doctor told me a heating pad, Tylenol or a warm bath might help but really not much I can do. Tylenol doesn't seem to help :( the pain had me in tears last night. Mostly just because I was sooooo damn tired but could not get comfortable.
