Had my first appointment last week and nurse was concerned about my cramps. Throughout the day, I'll get really bad cramps, basically feels the same as when I have my period. I don't get them everyday and they usually don't last longer than 30 seconds but they are painful enough that I'll double over in pain or have to curl up in the fetal position. Those kind of cramps are pretty typical for me when I have AF. I haven't had any spotting. I guess I'm worried I'm going to miscarry. Has anyone had cramps like this and carried to term?
