Ughhhh What's a pregnant woman to do?

The THOUGHT just the THOUGHT of ANY type of prenatal vitamin makes me gag! I'm not exactly sure why. I used to could take them no problem but now I gag everytime I pick up the box. I am almost 9 weeks with twins do I have any other options? I want my munchkins healthy and even if I take it I throw them up.

I love the gummies or if that doesn't work for you, flinstones chewable vitamins are supposed to be good too :)

Ugh I feel you, I take gummies before bed and it works but kids vitamins are good too, just make sure they have folic acid like Flintstones. Good luck! Took me several different bottles to find what worked

I went through the exact same thing, and of course everyone says you have to take them. I didn't like the taste of the gummies so I swapped to a non prenatal, regular kids gummy vitamin. (They taste soo yummy like candy lol) I cross referenced the kids vitamins to the prenatals I had being trying to take and decided to take three a day; to make sure I was getting a similar amount of folic acid, iodine and iron. The only think I was weary of was making sure I picked a kids vitamin with a low percentage of vitamin A, as I read to be careful of that while pregnant.

I thought gummies were nasty too. I just took normal ones right before bed so I would sleep through that nasty taste in my mouth.
