How would u feel

My bf and i havent seen each other in so long and were always saying how much we miss eachother. Today i told him to come over to my house tomorrow and he was all for it and asked me what time he should come. i tolf him around noon and he hasnt replied, its been hours. He use to do this alot, right in the middle of a convo he would just stop replying until hours later, when i need him sometimes he replies for a bit and then stops until hours later. It annoyed the shit out of me bc sometimes id just want to talk to him bc i missed him so i mentioned it to him and he said he'll change bc he could tell i was pretty annoyed about it. But it happened again and again and it became more and more annoying, he just always left me hanging. I argued with him about this multiple times and he apologized and said he would change. but its happening again rn and im beyond annoyed. Should i just tell him dont come to my house? idk how would you ladies feel? neglected and not one of his priorities right? plus he knows im having a tough time with my parents wanting a divorce now
