Birth control & being tired😩😴

So I am on birth control the (pill to be exact) this is my 2nd month on it and I start the white sugar pills next week I guess that's when my period will start but lately I've been feeling so off about myself like I am more tired than normal, I feel so slow. As anybody else felt so tired while on birth control? I am having more of the side effects from the pill but my doctor told me the 1st month of taking it give it the 3rd month to let it adjust to your body. I think I am on the combo pill. But this is the worst I feel so incontrol of myself.
