Sleep training a four month old

Kyla
How sleep training a four month old goes--See baby rub eyes, realize baby has been awake for 1 hour and 45 minutes, sprint to the sleeping area with baby to start nap routine. Turn on favorite turtle nightlight, watch as she giggles gleefully. Rock baby and hum lullaby. As soon as the baby hears the lullaby, she will scream bloody murder and demand food. Nurse her for exactly five minutes before she starts to fall asleep and scream bloody murder. Burp baby. Begin rocking and lullaby again, baby giggles at her burp and laughs and talks to you. Try not to respond but melt into talking to the baby. Curse at self. Finish lullaby, give a kiss and say goodnight and lay baby in crib. Baby screams. Pick up baby and repeat five times. At least three of the times, the baby will roll over onto their tummy and scream because they can't roll back. Also, insert binky at intervals and watch as baby comes up with new ways to spit it out or fling it across the room, giggling and screaming randomly. Realize baby's diaper is wet and change her. Finally get her into the crib (at least 30-45 minutes later) and down for her nap. Baby rolls onto her tummy and plants her face on the mattress, passing out. Stare at baby concerned as to whether she is breathing, daring not to move her until she is really passed out. Move her head, then ninja escape the nap room. Pray she sleeps two hours. Repeat process again later.
