Anyone know what this is?

I'm 26 weeks prego and I had a pimple in this spot that I popped and picked out a couple of times and yesterday this showed up.. (It's very itchy) I'm planing on going to the clinic tomorrow but I can't stop freaking out about it! So any ideas would be helpful. Thankyou!
