So I was freaking out because I had some cramping over the weekend. Went in and my hcg was 629 and my ultrasound only showed thickening of the uterus. Went back in today and my hcg is 2230 and they saw a gestational sac!  Looks like I'm measuring at 4 weeks 6 days. No fetal pole but I guess that's normal this early? I had a previous miscarriage so I've been extremely anxious.
