Do you use cloth pads?

They make a good reusable backup for your cup, and on their own if you don't feel like going spelunking

I usually only use cloth pads(pantiliners) as cup backup, but sometimes I can't be bothered to reinsert my cup at night or have a bout of paranoia about leaking into my mattress, so I'll wear an overnight cloth pad for a few nights of my period.

I have been using cloth pads for almost 2 years now. I mostly use than as back up and at night. But if I happen to be home on my crampy heavy day. I will attempt to wear pads all day.

I love cloth pads as backup to my cups. I also love them on their own for spotting, discharge, or days when I'm home and don't feel like fiddling with my cup
