After 3 years I'm 4 weeks pregnant I'm spotting brown and pink last time it happened I had a miscarriage I'm really stressed out !! Anyone had the same thing ?!!

The problem with spotting it could be ok and it could be bad. Talk with your OB and look for other symptoms including cramping. Unfortunately, I just lost my baby at 5 weeks from an ectopic pregnancy. I started spotting light pink on and off only when I wiped, 3 days later I woke up in severe pain on my left side and got really dizzy and was vomitting. The results came back inconclusive since I was too early to see a baby on the u/s, 3 days later I was back in the hospital with the pain. I had a keyhole surgery to remove my left tube because the baby implanted there and it ruptured. I have been pregnant twice before this and I have healthy babies, this is my first loss. I don't want to scare you, but be aware of your body.
