So lately i have been having heart burn like crazy... Like acid feeling in my thought..i feel like i have to vomit but i cant and it burns!!!! Any idea what can cause it?? Need help :(

I struggled so bad with acid reflux and heart burn through most of my pregnancy and the ONLY thing that helped me and made it all go away within minutes was Zantac. A number of things can cause acid reflux, like the kinds of food you are eating, but maybe try some Zantac if you are comfortable with that. Hope you can get some relief!
