Am I pregnant??

Hey everyone! So I've taken 10 pregnancy test, 7 were positive but some barely even noticeable, all faint. The positives- 5 were first signal 88 cent test from Walmart and 2 $1 test from dollar general. But the first response and 2 equate test were negative. This has all been over the course of 2 weeks. I started spotting 3 days ago, my period is 16 days late. It's so light and I can only see it when I wipe sometimes. Idk what to think. I've been doing a lot of praying! Any comments or advice?
