Accurate early pregnancy test?

Question

AF is due in 6 days and I'm getting so anxious! I was wondering if anyone's taken an ept and gotten an accurate results whether it be positive or negative!

Answer

Had unprotected sex October 5th, went to the doctor for severe flu like symptoms and came out with a positive pregnancy test around October 18th. My son was born on June 22nd so it was clearly accurate.
