hubby dreaming

So the other day my husband asked me, "do you think I'm having weird dreams about ppl being pregnant because your are or we're about to conceive?" He's had 3, two about randoms then 1 me. I know I've heard about women dreaming about it before knowing but has anyone's husband dreamed it first?? We've been trying for #2 for about 16 months
