I've been in the birth control pill for about ten years, and have stopping taking it for a little over a week now.

I have had a lot of headaches, mixed with migraines within that time. Is it part of the detoxifying process?

It should be noted that 1. I always get headaches towards the end of my period, which is when they started, & also when I stopped the pill, 2. It is allergy season where I live & have reactions, such as headaches, 3. I am also sensitive to the weather changes, as its getting cooler here.

I'm not too concerned, just more wondering if others have experienced headaches (and what other symptoms) after stopping b.c.

I haven't noticed any other changes.
