So over the weekend I tested positive for pregnancy. I know exactly when I conceived because me and my bf have crazy schedules and we don't really get busy as much as we'd like to. I conceived either August 12 or 18 for sure one those two days. Today I went to my OB to get blood work done to fully confirm and they also did a urine test which came back positive. The blood test results will not be in until tomorrow. He did an endovaginal ultrasound to see if he sees anything and he told me he didn't see anything in the uterus. He said it could be "too early" or it can be a "miscarriage" after the blood test comes back tomorrow he will be able to tell me the levels I'm suppose to be at and told me he would see me every two days to make sure the levels are increasing. I am so scared it's a miscarriage. Anybody feels like it's too early to see anything? Or by now would something be seen? According to my calculations I should be about 2 to 3 weeks pregnant. I feel it's too early. But at the same time if I'm supposably pregnant something is going on down there for sure! Anybody went through anything similar?
