always leaking!

I've had my menstrual cup for two years and sometimes it works amazingly and other times it leaks. I've tried all different types of folds and I always try to rotate the cup and pull on it, but there is always a dent. Even when I run my finger around the cup! I've given up because I'm not sure what else I can do.. Help me ladies 😩
