Doubting being pregnant...

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby since January. On August 19, 2 pregnancy tests came back positive... According to the app I am 9 weeks and 4 days. I have multiple symptoms. Fatigue, morning sickness, sensitive sense of smell, all that crazy stuff. Had blood work done. But my first prenatal appt is tomorrow. I haven't had my first US and I'm scared that I'm not pregnant.

I don't think ill believe it till I see the baby. I jus don't wanna get my hopes up...
