I don't remember this last time but I'm eating everything in sight! I'm hungry all day long. I'm worried I'm going to gain too much weight since I'm only 5 weeks! Anyone else starving?

Eat healthier foods and at shorter intervals. I bring blueberries, grapes, apples, a banana, pretzels, fiber bars, and protein bars with me to work. I pull something out once or twice every two hours. I would think I eat A LOT, but I make healthier choices. And I drink at least half of my body weight in water each day (130lbs = 65oz of water). Your body will get used to these foods and crave them, instead of other less-healthy options. My goal is to not gain over 25lbs, since I am at a healthy bmi.

Yes. I'm only 4 weeks + 1 day but I am very hungry especially in the morning the last few days.

I was until about a week ago when nausea hit me! Since then Iv struggles to eat anything!

OMMGGG i cant stop eating. 😫😫😫 all i do when I think about food is chug some water.... Last for about 10 minutes.
