Postpartum acne?

Is it a thing? I usually have pretty good skin. All of a sudden the lower half of my face, mostly my chin and jawline is covered in little bumps! I'm wondering if its just hormones or what? And I'm almost embarrassed to say I really don't know how to treat it because all I've ever used is an apricot scrub in the shower. Help!

Yeah hormonal acne shows up on chin and jawline areas usually. There are breastfeeding safe acne meds like Finacea you can get from a dermatologist, I used it during pregnancy. I now just oil cleanse with pumpkin seed oil (high in lineolic acid) and it keeps acne away.

I would imagine it's possible with all the hormones. You can use astringent to help. You just use a cotton swab and swipe it on at night after you wash your face.
