Lo Loestrin Fe Problems 😞

Hey guys, about a month ago I started taking Lo Loestrin Fe and I've been having some pretty terrible side effects. My breasts got bigger, almost to the point where I need to go buy all new bras. I have been getting some pretty bad acne primarily on my forehead/hairline and I've never had acne before when I was not taking any hormonal birth control. I've also been having terrible breakthrough bleeding (if that's what it is). On the first week of taking this pill I accidentally took an active pill about 45 minutes late, which caused some breakthrough bleeding for about 4 days. Second week, no bleeding at all. Now I've been bleeding for a week now and it doesn't seem like it's going to let up anytime soon. The 'blood' is brown in color and slightly thicker than egg whites. My doctor gave me 3 sample packs (3 month supply). Is it time to give her a call and try a different pill or should I stick it out to see if these problems resolve themselves when I keep taking the other packs? Has anyone else had these issues? I'm sorry this post was super long but I'm really not sure what to do. This is the first birth control I'be tried and I had high hopes for it. 😟
