sinus help!!!

Somebody help me 😩 my sinuses are horrible-congestion and pain. I've done the Netty pot but right now it's so bad the saline won't even go through 😳
I've done warm rags, essential oils, Netty pot and tons of water-is there some trick in missing? 
Last year my sinus infection turned into pneumonia so I'm kind of panicked!
