ADVICE PLEASE 👀

I had the absolute worst pain after I had sex last night with my SO. We couldn't even finish. It was mostly on the right side of my lower abdomen (it's not my appendix I had it removed last year) but it felt like it was the same area and I couldn't move for about 45 minutes. I am 6 days late for my period. I have been having hot flashes many times throughout the day. My SO brought me Chinese this afternoon (which is my favorite) and I smelled it and threw up, made him take it outside. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it's negative. However I can't get to my doctors till next tuesday since I'm on vacation. Please any advice will help!
